¿Qué es vino, bebidas y gastronomía? Es mi pequeño proyecto personal. Se que no soy una bloguera que escriba muy bien, ni lo pretendo. Estudie Química, Tecnología de los Alimentos y un Master Universitario en Enología, todas ellas carreras de ciencias así que lo de escribir no se me da muy bien. Esta pagina está sobretodo dedicada a mis clientes y amigos cuyo campo profesional no es este mundo, es un regalo para ellos. ¿ y qué encontraréis en vino, bebidas y gastronomía? Nociones básicas de lo que es el vino, como maridar los diferentes tipos de vinos y otras cuestiones que me plantean al tener conocimientos básicos en este campo. Se que hay muchas webs y blogs sobre este tema pero con esta quiero acerca el mundo del vino y la gastronomía a todo el mundo con palabras sencillas para que desde un abogado, pasando por una enfermera o incluso hasta un profesor de Historia pueda entender que es eso de maridar o cual es la diferencia entre las diferentes elaboraciones de vino. Y por supuesto también bebidas ( como preparar un sencillo mojito o los diferentes tipos de cervezas que hay). Let’s go!
What is wine, alcoholic beverages and gastronomy? It’s my little personal project. I’m not a blogger who writes very well, nor do I pretend to be. I have studied Chemistry, Food Technology and a Master’s Degree in Oenology, all of them science degrees, so I’m not very good at writing. This page is above all dedicated to my costumers and friends whose professional field is not this world, it is a gift for them. And what will you find in wine, drinks and gastronomy? Basic notions of what wine is, how to pair different types of wines and other questions that arise for me as I have basic knowledge in this field. There are many websites and blogs on this topic but with this one I want to bring the world of wine and gastronomy to everyone with simple words so that from a lawyer, to a nurse or even a history teacher can understand what it is, for instance about pairing or what is the difference between different wine productions. And of course also alcoholic beverages (like preparing a simple mojito or the different types of beers there are). Let’s go!
